2How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide photography and videography services.
• Communicate with you via email, phone, or SMS about your project.
• Send service-related reminders and updates, and marketing where permitted.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3SMS communications and opt-in

By submitting an inquiry through our website or HoneyBook, you expressly consent to receive SMS and email communications from Zatonsky Moments LLC regarding your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply.

• To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP.
• To resume receiving messages, reply START.
• For assistance, reply HELP.

4Sharing of information

We do not rent personal information. We disclose information to service providers that help us operate the business, such as HoneyBook, communications providers, payment processors, hosting providers, Google, and Meta. Their use is governed by our instructions and their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business transaction.

5Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, records, security, and legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6Pinterest integration and AI-assisted content

When our internal Studio integration is enabled, an authorized member of the Zatonsky Moments team may connect our Pinterest Business account through Pinterest’s official OAuth authorization process. We do not request or collect Pinterest passwords or session cookies.

With the permissions approved during connection, the Studio may access information associated with our authenticated Pinterest account, such as our account identifier, boards, board sections, Pins, and performance metrics. We use this information only to:

• Let an authorized team member choose a destination board or board section.
• Create and schedule Pins from photographs owned or authorized by Zatonsky Moments.
• Display the publication status and link for a Pin.
• Review performance information such as impressions, saves, Pin clicks, and outbound clicks.

Each Pin, or a clearly displayed group of Pins, must be selected and approved by an authorized team member before publication. We do not use the integration to scrape Pinterest, automate engagement, follow accounts, send messages, or publish unreviewed content.

For selected photographs, we may use OpenAI’s API to generate draft titles, descriptions, keywords, and accessibility text. The selected image and relevant project context may be sent to OpenAI for this purpose. AI-generated content is reviewed before publication and is not used as the authoritative source for names, locations, or other event facts.

Pinterest access credentials and authorization tokens are treated as confidential, stored only in protected server-side systems, and are not placed in public webpages, browser storage, or client-side settings. We retain only the information reasonably necessary to operate the integration, maintain security and publication records, and comply with Pinterest’s requirements. Where Pinterest requires information to be retrieved live rather than stored, we retrieve it from Pinterest when needed.

We do not sell Pinterest account information or use it to target individuals with advertising outside Pinterest. An authorized account administrator may disconnect Pinterest at any time. Disconnecting stops future access and scheduled publication, and we will delete stored Pinterest authorization tokens and associated connection data, except for limited security, legal, or publication records that we are required or permitted to retain.

Pinterest’s handling of information is governed by the Pinterest Privacy Policy. OpenAI’s handling of API data is described in the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

7Analytics, advertising measurement, and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, and the Meta Pixel to understand visits, page usage, referring or advertising parameters, and completed inquiries or bookings. These tools may receive device and browser information, IP-derived approximate location, page URLs, and interaction or conversion data. We use the results to improve the site and measure advertising performance.

For visitors outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, measurement is enabled by default. You can opt out at any time through Privacy Choices in the footer. We store that choice in your browser. If Global Privacy Control is enabled, we treat it as an opt-out before loading Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, Meta Pixel, or Tag Manager.

For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising measurement remain off unless you select Accept. Selecting Reject keeps them off. If we cannot reliably determine the visitor’s region, we use this opt-in setting.

8California and other privacy rights

California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, request correction or deletion, and opt out of certain uses where applicable. We honor applicable rights and do not discriminate for exercising them. Zatonsky Moments does not currently claim that it is subject to every requirement of the California Consumer Privacy Act; if the law applies to a request, we will handle it as required.

California’s “Shine the Light” law may allow California residents to request information about disclosures for third parties’ direct marketing. We do not disclose mobile opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing. To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity.

9Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized, so the website does not respond to them. We do respond to the distinct Global Privacy Control signal by preventing optional analytics and advertising measurement from loading.

10Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
