How long until we receive our photos?
 
You’ll receive your wedding photos within 1 month.
How do you ensure the safety of our materials?
 
All of our photographers’ and videographers’ cameras are equipped with dual card slots, so every photo and video is recorded to two memory cards simultaneously. We also bring backup cameras to every wedding, so even if one fails, we continue filming without interruption.

After the wedding, all files are copied to at least two separate storage locations and kept there until the final gallery and videos are delivered to you. Once the project is complete, the raw footage is moved to our backup archive, where it’s safely stored for at least one year.
Do you travel outside LA?
 
Yes! We work all over SoCal and beyond (travel fees may apply)
How does the process work?
 
Once you submit an inquiry, we’ll provide you with a clear and detailed quote — no hidden fees. If you still have questions, you can schedule a call with our manager to discuss everything.

To secure your date, a deposit is required:

$400 per photographer or videographer booked (e.g. 1 photo + 1 video = $800; 2 photo + 2 video = $1,600).

After the deposit is received, we’ll sign a contract and send you a detailed questionnaire to better understand your wedding day. Based on your answers, we’ll prepare a custom timeline and send it to you for approval. Once both sides agree, everything is set — and we’ll be in touch all the way until your wedding day.

You’ll receive a small selection of preview photos within the first few days after the wedding, and the full gallery will be delivered within 1 month.

The remaining balance is due one day before the wedding.
