Absolutely! We guide you through every step and make it easy and enjoyable, even if it’s your first time.
Is it safe to enter my card details when booking?
Absolutely. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a global leader in online payments.
We never see or store your card information.
Zatonsky Moments LLC is a registered business (LLC in California), and we use trusted platforms like Calendly and Stripe to ensure everything is 100% secure.
What if the weather is cloudy?
Cloudy light is actually beautiful for photos — it’s soft, flattering, and creates a timeless look.
What if it rains?
Pasadena City Hall is one of the few rain-friendly locations — the stunning architecture provides plenty of covered areas for beautiful photos even in wet weather.
If the rain becomes too heavy or unsafe, we can always reschedule your session to the next available date that works for you.
When is the best time of day to shoot?
Late afternoon before sunset gives a beautiful golden glow — but early sessions have fewer people. We’ll help choose the best slot.
What if we’re late?
Please arrive early — sessions are scheduled back-to-back, and late arrivals reduce shooting time.
Can we change outfits?
There’s no changing area onsite. If you’d like to change, we recommend booking the 1-hour session and using your car for a quick outfit swap. However, we generally suggest sticking to one outfit — it helps keep the session smooth and relaxed.
Can we shoot at a different location with this offer?
This special offer is valid only for Pasadena City Hall. But yes, we can shoot anywhere you’d like — our custom sessions are $400/hour and include travel within LA.
How and when will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a digital gallery link in 2 weeks. All images are in high resolution and perfect for printing, even large banners.
Can we request faster delivery?
Yes, we offer a rush delivery option for an additional $50.
Just let us know in advance, and we’ll prioritize your gallery so you can receive your photos even sooner.
Will all our photos be edited?
Yes, every delivered photo is professionally edited.
You’ll receive at least 25 photos for a 30-minute session and 50+ for a 1-hour session — including a few stylish black-and-white images for variety and visual balance.
Do you offer photo albums?
Yes, we offer beautiful custom albums. Prices start at $300. A standard 10×10 leather album is $500.
Do we need a permit to shoot at Pasadena City Hall?
No need to worry — we already have a valid permit for photo sessions at Pasadena City Hall. You don’t have to arrange or pay for anything on your side.
Are there any location restrictions at Pasadena City Hall?
Yes. On weekdays, photography is allowed only on the ground level.
Access to the upper floors, the balcony bridge, and the higher staircases is restricted, so shooting on the second and third levels is not permitted.
Don’t worry — there are plenty of beautiful spots on the first level, and we’ll guide you to the best and most photogenic areas.
Do you offer video too?
Yes! If you choose the photo + video package, both a photographer and videographer will work together as a team to create a cinematic Save the Date.
